Our key priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff, families, and clients. We also want to ensure that we continue to meet client requirements and deliver on our service commitments to our clients.
However, with the rapidly changing position with regard to Covid-19 we are now observing the following practices, among others, in relation to our ongoing work for clients:
- No on-site or off-site business meetings. We will endeavor to hold meetings by alternative means such as video conferencing or conference calls.
- Our staff will, in general, be working remotely rather than from our office.
At this time we believe our approach is proportionate but may change depending on advice received from the authorities. We are investing significantly in our IT and Communications infrastructure and we believe the approach we are taking will enable us to continue to meet our clients’ requirements while ensuring the health and wellbeing of our staff, families, and clients.
